General Condition

These Terms are for the acquisition of products and services made remotely through the internet site www.purte1.com.

1) Acceptance of general conditions of sale.

5 Method of delivery:

8) Warranty:

8.1) All products sold by Purte1, are covered by manufacturer's standard warranty and 24-month warranty for defects, according to DL 24/02. To use the warranty, the customer must keep the invoice.

8.4) The substitutions in case of DOA (Dead On Arrival product is not working on delivery) occur only if expressly provided by the manufacturer. The timing of replacement or repair of any product depends solely on the policies of the manufacturer.
